A full-length reboot of the fantasy-horror police drama Grimm, which originally aired between 2011 and 2017, is being developed by Peacock, reports Variety. It is not yet known whether the original cast, including lead actor David Giuntoli, will return for the reboot. However, the original series' co-creators, David Greenwalt and Jim Kouf, are involved as executive producers. The screenplay is being written by Josh Berman, who worked on over 100 episodes of CSI and later created series like Kidnapped, The Mob Doctor, and Drop Dead Diva. NBC had already announced a spinoff in 2018, just a year after Grimm ended, but it never progressed beyond the development phase.
