Warner Bros. recently reshuffled the release dates of several upcoming films, including One Battle After Another, directed by Paul Thomas Anderson and starring Leonardo DiCaprio. Originally set for August 8, 2025, the film has now been pushed to September 26, 2025.
Until now, not much was known about the project, but a brief teaser (see below) has just been released, showing what seems to be a constant barrage of gunfire. First, Teyana Taylor’s pregnant character fires, followed by what appears to be her grown-up daughter, and finally, DiCaprio leans into a sniper rifle.
Plot details remain scarce, but a full-length trailer is expected next week. Reportedly, this will be Anderson’s most expensive film yet, with Warner Bros. investing nearly $140 million into the project. Alongside DiCaprio, the cast includes Sean Penn and Benicio Del Toro.
