Brad Pitt Is Back as Cliff Booth — but Hollywood Has Gotten Much Darker
Brad Pitt returns to his Oscar-winning Once Upon a Time in Hollywood role in David Fincher’s The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth, written by Quentin Tarantino.
Cliff Booth is back. And eight years after his encounter with the Manson family, Hollywood has changed considerably.
It’s 1977, and Brad Pitt’s former stuntman now makes a living as a fixer — bartending and working as a projectionist between quietly solving problems for Hollywood’s rich, famous and occasionally very dangerous. His latest job connects him with a troubled TV superstar, a sharp talent agent and a pair of gangsters turning Los Angeles upside down.
David Fincher directs from a screenplay by Quentin Tarantino, with Elizabeth Debicki, Scott Caan, Carla Gugino, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Peter Weller joining Pitt. The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth begins an exclusive two-week IMAX run on November 25 before arriving on Netflix December 23, 2026.
