The actor has also ventured into dramas, like The Crowded Room, where he opened up about the challenging filming experience in an interview with Men’s Health. During this conversation, Holland was asked about his favorite movie. His answer: “I’m not ashamed to admit that it’s Avatar.”

Yes, that Avatar—James Cameron’s 14-year-old box office juggernaut, which still holds the title of the highest-grossing film of all time with its $2.9 billion earnings. While its sequel, The Way of Water, came close with $2.3 billion, it couldn’t quite replicate the original’s success. Interestingly, the number two spot on the all-time box office list is held by a Marvel film in which Holland plays a significant role: Avengers: Endgame, which raked in $2.8 billion.

Holland is set to return as Spider-Man in about a year and a half, not just for a standalone film but also in Avengers 5. Both movies are scheduled to begin filming this year.
