Coven Academy follows New Yorker Briar, played by Malina Weissman, after she discovers she’s a witch and enters a secret supernatural academy in New Orleans. The new trailer digs deeper into her unstable powers, a growing threat to the city and the increasingly messy triangle between Briar, warlock Jake and newly turned vampire Ollie.
Tiffani Thiessen stars as headmistress Miss Graves, with Devon Sawa appearing as warlock professor Mr. Cole. Coven Academy premieres October 1 on Freeform, with the complete season arriving October 2 on Disney+ and Hulu.
