Apparently even Jennifer Garner hasn’t watched 13 Going on 30 nearly as often as the rest of us.
Sitting down with Vanity Fair, Garner revisits some of her most memorable scenes and admits she hadn’t seen one emotional 13 Going on 30 moment in around 20 years. She also looks back at Alias, describing Sydney Bristow as the role that made her braver and even changed the way she carried herself after years of fighting, languages and brutal shooting schedules.
Then there’s Daredevil and Elektra, where Garner remembers the intense stunt training — including the same longtime stunt double who returned to help her reprise Elektra in Deadpool & Wolverine. Three decades into her career, watching Garner rediscover how badass some of those scenes actually were might be almost as much fun as watching them the first time.
