Guy Ritchie’s Wife and Dog enters the vicious world of the Fairbank family, where a battle over succession quickly descends into betrayal and murder. The first teaser appears to leave Benedict Cumberbatch’s character for dead before setting him on a violent path back into the family conflict, while Anthony Hopkins provides the wonderfully sinister narration and Rosamund Pike looks very much at home among the chaos.
Ritchie writes and directs an absurdly strong British ensemble that also includes Cosmo Jarvis, James Norton and Paddy Considine. Wife and Dog is currently scheduled to open in U.S. theaters on February 19, 2027.
