Night City has never been particularly forgiving. The first full scene from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 makes that very clear.
Titled “Cyberpsycho,” the new sneak peek follows veteran edgerunner Weak “King” Kingsley and Roman Carax as what should be another job rapidly turns into a bloody ambush. It’s our best look yet at the new crew in action, while Studio TRIGGER once again delivers the kind of frantic violence and spectacular animation that made the original series impossible to ignore.
Rather than continuing David Martinez and Lucy’s story, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 is a completely new standalone ten-episode tale built around revenge, redemption and another group of people trying to survive Night City. Kai Ikarashi directs, with Bartosz Sztybor returning as showrunner and story writer. All ten episodes arrive on Netflix October 20, 2026.
