However, not every opportunity has gone his way. Recently, Johnson answered fan questions in a video posted on Instagram, where he revealed a role he deeply desired but ultimately missed out on.
“Was there a role I really wanted but didn’t get? Absolutely! It was Jack Reacher, which eventually went to Tom Cruise. Business is business, and I’m genuinely happy for Tom. But the universe is funny that way—when one door closes, another one opens,” Johnson shared.
It seems even Dwayne Johnson isn’t immune to the twists of Hollywood fate.
