There’s nothing quite like a mother’s love. Unfortunately, this isn’t her mother.
The new trailer for Other Mommy follows young Bela, who befriends a mysterious presence inside her home that looks exactly like her mom. Jessica Chastain takes on both roles as the entity gradually becomes less imaginary — and considerably more dangerous.
Directed by Rob Savage and produced by horror heavyweight James Wan, the film adapts Josh Malerman’s novel Incidents Around the House. Jay Duplass, Dichen Lachman, Arian Moayed and Karen Allen also star.
Other Mommy arrives in theaters on October 9, 2026.
